Aquavator™ Stencil Rolls

NOVATECH^TM 4000 fabric used in AQUAVATOR^TM stencil wiping rolls products is comprised of a synergistic blend of virgin rayon and polyester fibers.  Between these fibers is a water-active cleaning agent that will loosen and clean solder paste effectively from the bottom of stencils. These fibers are bonded with a proprietary polymeric resin.  Examination under a microscope shows the unique bonding characteristics of this super tough resin at the intersection of each fiber and is conducive to its low lint qualities. Looking at the cleaning surface under a microscope, it is evident that the irregular surface is conducive to the collection and entrapment of contamination.  While other smoother products simply push and smear, NOVATECH^TM 4000 aggressively wipes, scoops and contains contamination.  As for its absorbency rate, NOVATECH^TM 4000 readily accepts aqueous, alcohol and solvent based cleaning solutions. Because rayon is naturally absorbent, no soaps or surfactants that might leach out are added.  NOVATECH^TM 4000 fabric is antistatic and the core is made of high impact pvc. The anti static properties decrease the threat of static sparks that may cause hazardous fires in the presence of flammable solvents.  These anti static properties also decrease the static attraction of dust and other contaminants and decreases the chance of static discharge onto solder traces and components on circuit boards.
