A word about us...
Blue Thunder Technologies manufactures a wide variety of wiping products and can supply virtually any type of consumable item used in cleanrooms, assembly lines, laboratories, and manufacturing. The products shown on this website represent a small fraction of the available items. Blue Thunder Technologies is experiencing dramatic growth because we are pro-active and able to respond quickly and accurately to our customers' needs. We also offer high quality products at reasonable prices as we strive to be ultra-efficient and keep our over-head costs low.

A word about the wipes we manufacture...
One wipe cannot do it all. In most cases, there is a particular wipe for a particular application. In general, for laboratories and light manufacturing we have several to choose from. For class 1000 cleanrooms and higher we have several low linting and absorbent products. For class 100 cleanrooms where low particulates are more crucial, we recommend regular cut laundered polyester wipes. For class 1 and class 10 cleanrooms, where particulates are most crucial, we recommend sealed edge laundered polyester wipes. Call us for a free consultation!

A word about presaturated wipes...
Our presaturated wipes are packaged in very user-friendly containers. The container can be opened, a wipe can be dispensed, and the container can be closed all with the same hand. There are no long stringy fibers hanging off the edge as there are in round canister-type packages where rolls are perforated. In addition, with our convenient packaging there are no worries about re-sealable labels that may lose their adhesion.

A word about hand protection...
Blue Thunder Technologies offers gloves for virtually any application. Nitrile gloves are gaining popularity for people with latex allergies and sensitive skin. Cleanroom gloves are laundered and double bagged in cleanroom packages. Medical exam gloves pass the strictest medical tests. Powder-free, lightly powdered and inspection gloves are also available for virtually any application.
